First Post-Election Poll Shows ANC-DA Coalition Far More Popular Than ANC-MK or ANC-EFF

The poll follows polling done ahead of the election by the Sabi Strategy Group released in March 2024 which called the ANC's fall to the low 40% mark (39%) and that the MK Party would be the third largest party and dominate KwaZulu-Natal.

The results were as follows:
ANC-DA-MPC: 40.2%
ANC-MK: 19.5%
ANC-EFF: 11.5%

The poll was conducted by SABI Strategy on behalf of The Brenthurst Foundation using telephonic interviews of 1000 randomly selected respondents.
