In 2007, The Foundation co-hosted an event with the Atlantic Council in the preparation of the National Intelligence Council’s 2025 Global Scenarios. This built on the drafting of the Africa section of the 2020 Scenarios by Dr Mills, which was also workshopped at Tswalu (in 2004) before the establishment of the Foundation.
