Peace-Building & Counter-Insurgency
The Foundation keeps up a regular output on the development aspects of
peacebuilding, including ensuring development in post-conflict situations as a
critical dimension to countering insurgencies.
Dr Mills (pictured on the right with General Sir David Richards during
his secondment as the latter’s adviser and head of the Prism Group in
Afghanistan in 2006) has written extensively on the Afghanistan situation,
along with lesser-known campaigns in Rhodesia/Zimbabwe and Rwanda.
